职位描述:
1.Confirmed , determined and processed the abnormal that from incoming inspection
进料检验的异常的确认、判定、与处理
2.Responsible for the raw materials quality. For incoming inspection, production testing, customer complaints, etc., as long as the quality defects caused by the material supplier, timely feedback to the suppliers and ask them to improve.
负责保障供应商所供原材料的质量，对进料检验、生产过程检验、客户抱怨等，只要是由于供应商供货物料质量缺陷引发的，都要及时反馈供应商要求其改善
3.Responsible for tracking and verifying the supplier correct action report and its implementation effect.
负责追踪确认供应商的改善报告（SCAR）及实施效果，必要时可进行现场审核检查
4.Participate in the supplier’s initial sample evaluated and released.
参与供应商初始样品的评估放行工作
5.In charge of supplier performance management and supplier re-audit/re-evaluation
负责供应商业绩管理和重新审核或评审
6.Responsible for the material qualification rate statistics of each supplier;
负责对各供应商物料合格率的统计；
7.Take leader of quality improvement for product/component from supplier side
主导产品或零件的供应商端的品质改善
8.Work as window for supplier quality section
供应商品质事务的联络窗口

任职要求:
1.Engineer degree , familiar with Electrical, Mechanical, Science, Engineering, Production
本科及以上学历，工程类相关专业：熟悉电子，机械，理工，生产等
2.3 years Working Experience
3年或以上工作经验
3.Familiar with quality tools, such as:PPAP/SPC/MSA/Poka-Yoke/8D/A3
熟悉品质工具，如：PPAP/SPC/MSA/Poka-Yoke/8D/A3
4. Good command of spoken and written in English
良好的英语写能力
5.Skilled operation of Office and relative software
熟练使用电脑办公软件
6.Excellent communication skills. Fast-reaction in problem solution
